The whole place was mind-blowing enough, my memory bad enough and my notes scarce enough, that I'm guessing at some of this. But based on the photos, there's an entry area and stairway with a number of (awesome) paintings, some in commemoration of the 1576 plague. At the top of the stairs is the main hall of the scuola, which is even more epic than everything you just passed.
My photos of the stairway are too blurry and dark to show, so it's just going to be the downstairs and upstairs, which is still plenty. I also don't have titles or artists for the paintings but everything here is mostly (all?) Tintoretto.
