After considerable delay arsenal productions relaunches for 2009! The old saw about the cobbler's kids running around barefoot certainly holds true for web designers, at least the ones that are busy. The overall look is similar to the previous version, but there are a number of tweaks to the organization, content, and code, in case you're taking notes.

I experimented with a number of more image-intensive and "web 2.0" layouts, and finally decided clean and to the point was best. And tried to stay away from some of the overused current web design trends that would date the site by the end of next month.

arsenal productions joins imdb

With a sound editing credit on No Place Like Home, Scott Poulin has officially sold out to Hollywood. Kidding - this was Perry Henzell's last work before he died, a labor of love on both his and the producers' sides. Perry was the guy who directed The Harder They Come, which basically put Jamaican cinema on the map.

Work included heroic restoration of ancient audio, all kinds of tricks to get very different-sounding audio to work together, and some sound design creating background effects and ambiences.

Bhaji's Loops Review Published

Bhaji's Loops is a music creation program for the Palm platform. While the palm platform itself may be dying a slow death (they're putting Windows Mobile on some of their units now, you tell me what's going on), this program by itself merits keeping those old handhelds around. Think of it as mini-Reason, scaled down appropriately to the processing power and capabilities of a handheld, and you won't be far off.
